Conference and Workshop booking

Pay online or request an invoice

You can pay online with a credit or debit card or you can submit a request to be invoiced. If you choose to request an invoice, your booking will not be confirmed until the invoice has been paid in full.

Making your booking is easy -

Just choose an item below,
provide the requested information, and
add the item to your basket.

Do this for as many items as you wish and then proceed to the checkout. You will then be asked to provide your billing details before being asked to choose whether you wish to pay via the RMS' secure SagePay gateway, or to be invoiced by the RMS.

Remember to consider all 4 parts of the registration process before you proceed to Checkout.

The Early Bird rate will remain in place until 24 June 2016. Book now to take advantage of the discount. From 25 June, registration fees will increase by £50.

1. LSFM Early Bird Registration

Registration to the LSFM 2016 Conference includes access to all of the conference sessions, exhibition, poster sessions and social activities. All meals are included, together with the Conference Banquet, which will be held at Sheffield City Hall.

If you select an option that includes accommodation, you will be accommodated in you will stay in ensuite rooms in the student village at The Edge, where the main lectures, exhibition and poster sessions are taking place. Accommodation is included for 31 August, 1 September and 2 September.

You can opt to add accommodation to either side of your booking for an additional fee.
