Abstract Submission
Online abstract submission has now closed.
If you have submitted an abstract, you will be notified by email in the next few weeks as to whether you have been awarded a talk or a poster.

Instructions for Presenters
Instructions for Oral Presentation
If your abstract is accepted for Oral Presentation you will be allocated 15 minutes and you should include at least 3 minutes for questions.
A data projector, screen and PC will be provided at the meeting and you are requested to bring your presentation on a memory stick and be present in the break prior to your session to pre-load your presentation and check that it is compatible and working correctly on the PC. There will be an AV technician on site to assist should there be any issues.
Instructions for Poster Presentation
If your abstract is accepted for Poster Presentation you will be able to display your poster during the poster sessions. Posters will be numbered and these numbers will be printed in the programme booklet. You are requested to display your poster on the appropriate board and you will be provided with materials to fix your poster to the board.
Posters should be printed in Portrait orientation and on paper size A0 (841mm x 1149mm).
At least one author listed on each poster should be in attendance of the meeting.
